Return Policy

Customers may choose to return for refund as a Store Credit within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, the return will be subject to a shipping and handling fee of $8.00. Restock fees for cancelled orders will have an $8.00 fee applied per item. 

Refunds for Store Credit will be issued upon return and will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Fine jewelry (14 karat, diamond, cubic zirconia, and gem styles) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Laladeaux shall not be held responsible by errors made by the customer during checkout. However, email as soon as possible for corrections.
